Headshots of the members of COBRA from GI JOE. Been looking for an excuse to do some GI JOE fan art, and the release of Resolute of DVD inspired me to finally do some. So here's a collection of some of the best cartoon villans ever. Destro, Serpentor, Baroness, Xamot, Cobra Commander, Tomax, Dr. Mindbender, Zartan, and Storm Shadow. Lots of fun adapting them to my style.
